Users often take text for granted, but they know when it’s wrong. But as a UX designer you can’t. You have to think carefully about designing text to be easily scannable. It’s the little things that matter.
Think about your design delivery process. When you provide designs to your development team on a feature, how smooth is the transition?
What is the “Moat” concept? Warren Buffet came up with the “moat” concept to describe how a business can protect itself from its competition. How imposing the moat is, the harder it is for competitors to take over the business (or in this case, a castle).
