Imagine an application remembering what you did last time and then helping you do that thing again without you having to ask?
What if you could give your AI assistant a task like “remember all the birthday’s of the people that I know and send them either a gift (first tier relation) or a message (everyone else) every year”.
Imagine buying a house without any of the paperwork. This is what blockchain can do really well but very few companies have the guts to disrupt the entrenched legal and city council systems that cling to paper.
The Blockchain is not fast, but it does store history very well, and very securely.
Whenever the hype starts, look deeper and you’ll find useful tech, but the hype distracts people into giving up their cash rather than helping them do something useful.
