Do you take culture into account when doing User Research?

Do you take culture into account when doing User Research?

Country culture. Company culture. The user’s culture.

The job to be done is very important, but so too are the attitudes and cognitive biases around it.

Is the user:
– Outgoing or reserved?
– Conservative or Reckless?
– Confident or Unsure?

Does the user have cultural biases that, if acknowledged, could lead to a better overall experience for them?

Understanding the culture of the user can help you make more nuanced decisions as a UX Designer that ultimately help them more.

Understanding user culture helps you design a better experience for them.
