How do you use your curiosity to help others?

“Be curious. Read widely. Try new things. What people call intelligence just boils down to curiosity.” – Aaron Swartz.

I was having a conversation with a friend a couple of weeks ago, and the topic was intelligence. What makes someone smart? He told the story of one of his very smart friends who couldn’t admit he was wrong, even when confronted with someone with personal experience in the matter.

I’m reminded to be curious and apply that curiosity to design. How can I help a user do their job?
