Thinking about context

This week I’m thinking a lot about context. Setting it, understanding it, and communicating it well when reviewing designs is key to getting actionable feedback.

Get everyone involved, create a safe space to think crazy ideas, and at the end of it all you end up with a very collaborative design session and you help your user do what they need to do.

When you have the guts to ask questions and be the “first person on the dance floor” then your team is more likely to feel comfortable joining you. The ice is thick enough to skate on, so to speak.
